We're Recruiting: Ticketing Assistant

We’re looking for confident Ticketing Assistants to work from The Sands Centre in Carlisle, assisting customers when booking tickets and providing excellent customer service for shows and events across a range of venues.

This interesting role will see you assist with ticketing on a wide range of events, from large scale outdoor events to theatre and arena style shows and concerts.

This is an ideal role for someone looking to start a customer service career in the events industry. You’ll most likely have experience in working in customer facing roles in retail, hotels or catering and have exceptional attention to detail whilst working professionally however experience is not essential. If you have a passion for events and great service we can teach you everything else! 

You’ll be assisting theatre and events customers in person at our Box Office, over the phone and by live chat with a range of queries relating to event ticketing and venue operations, so you’ll need to be friendly, presentable and fluent in English.

As well as providing a front line service to customer, you will be trained to assist with the distribution of promoter ticket requests, assisting with guest list management and other administrative assistance as necessary.
