About Us

Terry O’Toole Theatre, an intimate 200 seat venue,  is proud to be North Kesteven’s only professional Performing Arts venue, and is situated within the ONE NK Centre, North Hykeham.

Opened in 2002 by acclaimed actor Jim Broadbent, the theatre is named in memory of Terry O’Toole, former headteacher at the adjacent North Kesteven Academy, who was a passionate supporter of the Arts.

Having recently undergone a complete refurbishment, with new seating, stage floor, technical rig and projection equipment just in time for our 20th Anniversary year, the theatre presents a lively programme of Dance, Live Music, Drama and Community and Youth Theatre productions, and is available to hire for your special event, or performance.


The Terry O’Toole Theatre is managed by Greenwich Leisure Limited, in partnership with North Kesteven District Council.
