Level Access
- The Main & Riverside entrance are both level access.
- Internally there is level access from the main & rear entrance to the Riverside Cage, Riverside Bars, Riverside Bistro and Ground Floor Toilers
- There is also Lift access (2 Lifts available) to the first floor, the first floor is also all on one level.
Hearing
- There is a hearing induction loop available in select seats within the auditorium (If required please make your ticketing assistant aware at the point of booking)
- There is a hearing induction loop available at every Box Office service point.
Visual
- The building benefits from a modern LED lighting system that can be dimmed upon request.
- Our main glass doors have contrast markings.
General
- We offer a complimentary Access Assistant ticket for carers or companions.
- We have specific Emergency evacuation procedures written for disabled visitors.
